Sunday Worship

News flash! We are now running two services every Sunday morning at 9.30am & 11am

From Sunday 25th April we are moving to two services every Sunday morning to make space for our growing church to worship each week. The services will be at 9.30am and 11am and will both last no longer than 1 hour at the moment. Both services will take place in our building on Arch Road in Hersham.

Both services are still subject to social distancing regulations and have limited capacity so please book a place by e-mailing Heather

Our Sunday morning children's groups have restarted and take place during the 9.30am service only.  The children will join with the rest of the church in the main building for a short time of worship before heading out to their groups in Hersham Youth Centre for the remainder of the service.  Please see the children on Sunday's page for more information.

The 11am service will be suitable for all ages and will include worship, HBC kids talk, prayers, a talk and communion (on some weeks).

  • Face masks should be worn by all persons over the age of 11, unless exempt.  Please use the hand sanitiser provided when entering the building and maintain social distancing from those outside your bubble;
  • Please contact Heather for any further information about how in person services will operate or to book a space.

We will also continue with our programme of online services and midweek groups and here are some of the ways that you can stay connected to church life during this time:

  • Sunday services on our YouTube channel, uploaded every Sunday evening and available to watch anytime and via audio and on Phil’s blog. The services all include worship, HBC Kids talk, prayers and a talk;
  • The women's fellowship, worship nights and Monday night prayer meetings via zoom;
  • Weekly Life Groups on zoom;
  • Daily Bible readings and prayers via WhatsApp and Phil's blog.

Please get in touch if you would like more information on any of these or follow us on Facebook or Twitter for regular updates.
