Sunday Worship

Summer worship at HBC: From Sunday 25th July to Sunday 29th August we will have 1 service at 10am

We love to gather together as a church on Sunday mornings to worship God, to pray, to learn from the Bible and to spend time together.  We are a church for all ages, with a thriving children's church running most weeks. Anyone is welcome to join us for worship and we hope that you will find a warm welcome at HBC.

Normally we run two services at 9.30am and 11am, but over the summer we will be running one Sunday service  at 10am. The service will last about an hour.  It would still be helpful if you could book a space in advance by emailing heather@hershambaptist.org.uk, but it is also fine just to turn up on the morning.

Our Sunday morning children's groups are taking a break for the summer, but will be back in September.  Our summer services will be All Age services and include a HBC kids talk and activities for children to do during the service.  Please see the children on Sunday's page for more information on our usual groups.

Fom 19th July 2021 it is no longer a legal requirement to wear face coverings at worship services, however, you should feel free to do so if you would like.  We will continue to keep the building well ventilated, provide extra space for each family and provide hand sanitiser which you are free to use as you enter the building.

We post our Sunday sermon to our YouTube channel each week and we also have a number of midweek groups running online and in person.  Here are some of the ways you can stay connected during the week:

Please get in touch if you would like more information on any of these or follow us on Facebook or Twitter for regular updates.
